Mehmet Yoldas began his professional life in local cafes and restaurants in Manisa. After Mehmet had an opportunity to work next to the famous Turkish chef, Celalettin Yenim, on the cold a la carte appetizers, he continued his professional cook's life in the tourism and hotel management arenas. In this period, due to low season in the winter, he received training on a hot meal and patisserie. Chef Yoldas worked as a Saucier Chef and assistant chef in Italian and Turk cuisine a la carte sections in Munamar and Laguna Hotels in Marmaris.

Mehmet came to the Sodexo family in May 2002 for the West Barracks Project. He worked in the Indesit Company Project in 2003. In 2004-2005 and 2007, Chef Yoldas worked in Reca Ship (between Turkey and Italy with a capacity of 1200 people) operated by Sodexo, as a head cook assistant and pastry chef. Mehmet came back to Indesit Company in October 2007 as the head cook. Along with a team of 15 people, he offers weighted Turkish cuisine food service, to 1,400 people per day.
