Chef Piero Orezzoli brings over seventeen years of experience as a restaurant manager and chef to the Global Chef Program. A graduate of both the Hotel and Tourism Institute Cenfotur and San Ignacio of Loyola Chefs School, Chef Orezzoli has formal and practical experience in directing kitchen brigades and large scale catering events. He has worked at a number of prestigious restaurants and hotels including Lima’s most elegant Miraflores Park Plaza Hotel and the JW Marriott Lima. Chef Orezzoli joined Sodexo Peru in 2005, where he is currently Executive Chef. During Chef Orezzoli’s visit, experience the culture of Peru through its long history of cuisine featuring maize, spicy peppers, fresh seafood and fruits.
