Chef Loiacono has over 11 years culinary experience.
Francesco was born in southern Italy where the Mediterranean sea is very much alive with simple, but rich flavors and tastes. Chef Loiacono graduated from the Sculptors of the Kitchen. He started working in kitchens when he was 14 years old. Francesco likes to cook and create dishes combining the products of his land with simplicity and love!
Chef Loiacono worked with many Italian chefs, and also in Leicester, England and France, where he could learn other methods of cooking and flavors.
Francesco worked in several hotels, one of which was Hotel Sheraton Ciga. He taught cooking for 7 years which he enjoyed a great deal. He now works for Sodexo where he has found a great family and a lot of satisfaction and opportunity for growth.
Francesco loves cooking and trying new flavors and finds satisfaction in what he does every day. |
