Chef A.K. Satish Kumar, with experience spanning more than 18 years in India and the UK, has great passion toward the Culinary Arts.  He is very dynamic and he always seeks challenging assignments.  His specialization in Indian cuisines has been rewarded by many accolades and special awards.

During his career, he has worked as a lecturer for Culinary Institution, been instrumental in training over 400 aspiring chefs & more than 1,100 kitchen artists and has conducted prestigious food festivals on various cuisines for VIP guests.  He has also been recognized in the field for his impeccable carving skills.  He always strives to achieve perfection in whatever assignment he handles and focuses toward reaching the pinnacle in his industry.

To add a feather to his cap, he made all of the necessary arrangements for the successful operation of “The Longest Cooking Marathon” with a duration of 24 Hours, 30 Minutes and 12 Seconds on 22nd December 2010 in Chennai, India by Chef Dr. Damodaran and he was part of the entire program. This rare feat was entered into the "Guinness Book of World Records."
