MIchael has been at Eton College for the last 8 years, catering for some 14,500 meals per week and undertaking extensive commercial work for the many functions held at the School. As a highly respected and experienced competitor, Michael is a multi-gold medal winner of Salon Culinaire and has gained numerous awards on the national and international stage. His innovative and creative flair, teamed with this strong training and motivational skills, make him an inspiration to young chefs. Michael also has a wealth of judging experience, has won the Craft Guild of Chefs Cost Sector Catering Award, the Sodexo UK and Ireland chef of the year title, is Training Manager for Team UK Worldskills gaining the first GOLD medal in fifteen years with his competitor in Skills Calgary 2009 and recently represented the Cost Sector on the Hotelympia 2010 Inspiration Team. In short, he loves the kitchen.
